- a copy of your bankstatements or another proof of payment
- a copy of your rental-contract
- a copy of all documents supplied to you by the local car-supplier at the time of your pickup
- an explanation of what happened, what seems to be wrong, your question ...

We also ask to provide us with any other document in your possession which can aid optimal handling of your case.
